Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the My Rampart Assembly mobile app (“the App”), provided by Radiant Woodland Park / Rampart Assembly (“the Church,” “we,” “us”), handles your information.
Who this applies to
The App is offered to the congregation and guests of Rampart Assembly. Parts of the App—news, sermons, events, online giving, and interest forms—can be used without an account. Personalized features (your groups, your serving schedule, and children’s check-in) require you to sign in.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we use Planning Center—the Church’s management system—to verify who you are. Through that sign-in we receive your name and email address and a member identifier from your Planning Center profile. We store this to keep you signed in and to show you the information that belongs to you.
When you use the App while signed in, we display information the Church already maintains in Planning Center—such as the groups you belong to, events, and where you’re scheduled to serve. This information is retrieved to show it to you; the App does not create a separate copy of it.
To send notifications, if you allow them, we store a push notification token for your device so we can alert you when new church news is posted.
To support News, we store which news posts you have read (so we can show unread indicators) and, for Church administrators only, the content of news posts they publish.
We do not collect your location, your contacts, advertising identifiers, or analytics about how you browse, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
How we use your information
Solely to operate the App for you: to sign you in, show you your groups/schedule/events, send church news notifications you’ve opted into, and let you take actions like RSVPing, checking in kids, giving, or submitting an interest form.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where your information goes
Planning Center — the Church’s system of record, which verifies your sign-in and holds your church data. See Planning Center’s own privacy policy.
Supabase — a secure database service that stores your basic profile, your notification token, and your read/unread status on our behalf.
Expo — the service that delivers push notifications to your device.
OnlineGiving and Church Center — when you tap Give or open a form/registration, those open in their own secure pages operated by those providers.
These providers process data on our behalf to run the App; they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Children’s information
The children’s check-in feature does not collect information from children in the App. Tapping “Check In My Kids” opens the Church’s secure Church Center check-in page, where a parent or guardian manages their household.
Your choices
You can use news, sermons, events, and giving without signing in.
You can turn notifications on or off anytime in your device Settings.
To access, correct, or delete the church data associated with you, contact the Church (below); membership records are maintained in Planning Center.
Data retention
We keep your basic profile and notification token while you use the App. If you’d like your app-related data removed, contact us and we’ll remove it from our systems (church membership records in Planning Center are handled separately by the Church).
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
